This exciting commercial brief was to create a new restaurant and bar. Emma and her team rebranded the space The Sussex to reflect the regional location. The vision was to celebrate the best of local, seasonal food and drink. The interior design concept aimed to blend the beauty and nature of the surrounding South Downs National Park with the comfort of a quintessential British pub. In addition Emma also offered her client the following services;
- Interior design & project management
- Brand development: naming, logo design, uniform, menu design, signage
- Architect services: technical GA plans, 3D renders, 2D technical drawings
- Electrical & lighting technical plans
