Airport Restaurant
Gatwick Airport, West Sussex
The brief was to re-design a large restaurant that closed during the lockdown. The clients challenged us to design sustainably by reusing and salvaging as much of the existing fixtures and fittings, whilst transforming the restaurant into a new and fresh dining experience with a feel of the Mediterranean. We relished the opportunity to reduce waste and cost saving as part of our guiding principles. Services included;
